Responsible for overseeing Netrality’s Legal team and partnering with Netrality’s cross-departmental teams to provide strategic corporate and commercial legal expertise. Josh brings a wealth of experience in customer contract management, finance structuring, and acquisition activity. Prior to joining Netrality, he served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for GlobeNet, where he oversaw the growth and deployment of new fiber and data center builds, as well as obtainment of regulatory approvals specific to the telecommunications industry. Josh received his JD from St. Thomas University School of Law, Cum Laude and holds a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance from The George Washington University. He is admitted to the Florida bar along with the US District Court for Southern Florida.
