Dark Fiber
Choose dedicated dark fiber strands to build your own network with your own network appliances. Uniti boasts a nationwide network with uniquely dense coverage in the Southeast. Uniti’s dark fiber is exclusively dedicated to your business needs, with unlimited bandwidth you can scale to meet your own dynamic network demands. We support leasing and IRU business models.
Wavelengths
Uniti offers Dense Wave Division Multiplexing (DWDM) connectivity over its national fiber footprint. This technology offers very high dedicated bandwidth over a point-to-point connection. We support bandwidths up to 400 Gbps with service types including, WAN-PHY, LAN-PHY, and OTN.
Private Wave Channel
Uniti offers fiber spectrum lease options allowing faster time to market and lower costs than traditional dark fiber. Based on DWDM wavelength standards, Uniti’s Private Wave Channel offers customers an exclusive channel of light along a chosen fiber strand. You control the bandwidth within the capacity bounds of the channel using your own transponders. The service supports bandwidth up to 800 Gbps.
