Gerald M. Marshall
President and Chief Executive Officer
Oversees the acquisition, financing, redevelopment and disposition of the Netrality portfolio. Jerry is also Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Amerimar Enterprises, Inc. Prior to joining Amerimar in 1988, Jerry was with Dean Witter Realty, Inc., where he focused on real estate acquisitions, development and asset management. Jerry holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas with a major in real estate and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in finance.
Joshua W. Maes
Chief Operating Officer
Responsible for acquisitions, financing activities, and asset management–including executing redevelopment projects and overseeing the business development team. Josh also holds the title of Senior Vice President with Amerimar Enterprises. Prior to his tenure with Amerimar, Josh worked for Onex Real Estate Partners, where he was involved in the acquisition and asset management of the firm’s multifamily portfolio of nearly 15,000 units, across more than 80 properties throughout the U.S. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Chief Accounting Officer
Responsible for managing all general accounting functions, financial reporting, lender compliance, coordination of the annual financial audits and assisting with financing initiatives and financial analysis. Prior to joining Netrality Properties, Mike was the Interim Chief Accounting Officer at Brixmor Property Group Inc. (NYSE: BRX), a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Mike was responsible for Brixmor’s accounting functions including financial reporting, SEC filings, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, tax compliance, treasury operations and property accounting. Prior to joining Brixmor, Mike was corporate controller of GSI Commerce Inc., a publicly traded e-commerce technology company. Mike is a graduate of Neumann University.
Oversees management and leasing of the Netrality portfolio and implements re-positioning initiatives. Previously, Dave was with CW Capital in Washington D.C. where he managed 9.5 million square feet of office and industrial properties throughout the United States. Dave holds a BE in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University and received his MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management in Real Estate, Finance and Marketing.
Responsible for day-to-day data center operations and development across the Netrality Properties portfolio. Todd also supports the growth and strategic planning for all properties. Prior to joining Netrality, Todd was General Manager of 1102 Grand in Kansas City.
Vice President of Sales
Responsible for business development, sales strategy and leadership, customer retention and revenue growth. Ed joined Netrality Properties from Level 3 (now CenturyLink), where he was General Manager focused on growth of the sales organization. Prior, Ed was Director of Sales at Equinix, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) focused on interconnection, where he managed the strategic account team focused on the financial vertical. Ed holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
Director of Marketing
Oversees marketing strategy and execution. Caitlin is responsible for driving brand awareness through events, digital marketing and communications. Prior to joining Netrality, Caitlin was Marketing Manager at IO Data Centers (now Iron Mountain), where she was responsible for communications and events for the company’s North America data center assets. Caitlin holds a bachelor’s degree from Rider University.
