700 W Henry: High-Density AI Infrastructure at Indianapolis’ Most Interconnected Data Center Campus
Purpose Built for High-density Deployments, Interconnection, and Scalable Growth
High-Density, Ultra-Low-Latency Connectivity at the Edge
As enterprises accelerate AI adoption and expand hybrid cloud environments, infrastructure strategy has become increasingly critical. Organizations require more than available capacity — they need scalable, high-density environments positioned within network-rich ecosystems that can support performance, resiliency, and future growth.
Built for Scalable AI and High-Density Deployments
700 W Henry, Netrality’s newest purpose-built data center at the Indy Telcom Center campus, is designed to meet those demands. As the first greenfield development in Netrality’s portfolio, the four-story facility represents a major milestone in the company’s continued investment in high-performance digital infrastructure and interconnection-rich environments.
Designed to support modern AI, cloud, and edge workloads, 700 W Henry will deliver scalable high-density infrastructure with up to 50kW per cabinet and 10MW of critical power capacity. The facility will feature approximately 85,000 square feet of core and shell space across three data halls, with cabinet, cage, pod, and suite configurations available to support evolving deployment requirements.
The facility’s infrastructure is engineered for resiliency and operational continuity, including N+1 redundancy across all critical systems, six 3MW generators, and a 12MW chiller plant. Netrality’s Delta Cube³ cooling technology is designed to support both high-efficiency air cooling and future liquid-to-the-rack configurations, helping customers deploy high-density workloads sustainably and at scale.
The Interconnection Advantage
700 W Henry is more than a colocation facility — it is an extension of the highly connected Indy Telcom Center ecosystem. The facility will feature three carrier-neutral, owner-operated Meet-Me-Rooms (MMRs), two diverse Points of Entry (POEs), and direct connectivity to the campus fiber vault, providing access across Netrality’s broader Indianapolis interconnection campus.
Upon completion of five owner-operated MMRs across the campus, Netrality will continue to offer one of the most network-dense and carrier-rich environments in the Midwest. This interconnection-first design enables customers to support low-latency AI inference, hybrid cloud architectures, edge deployments, and large-scale enterprise connectivity requirements.
For enterprises prioritizing AI readiness, geographic diversity, hybrid cloud expansion, or scalable interconnection capabilities, 700 W Henry delivers a differentiated combination of future capacity, carrier neutrality, and high-density infrastructure at the edge.
